Plans changed? No problem. Submit a reschedule request and our team will work with you to find a new date (space permitting).

After you submit: you’ll receive an email from Riders First confirming your new date or outlining the next steps, typically within 24 hours.

Key Reschedule Rules

  • 📅 Requests must be submitted 7 days or more before your scheduled class date.
  • 💳 A $50 non-refundable administrative fee applies to reschedules.
  • All reschedules are subject to availability at your requested location and date.
  • If your class is less than 7 days away, please use the “Text Us” option so we can review your situation.

What to Expect

When you complete the reschedule request form, you’re letting us know that your original class date no longer works. Our team will review your request and check availability at your preferred location and dates.

Because class sizes are limited for safety and coaching quality, we can’t guarantee your first choice, but we’ll offer the closest available options.

Once your new date is confirmed, you’ll receive an updated confirmation email with everything you need to know before your riding day.

Reschedule Policy Overview

Riders First invests in instructors, motorcycles, and range time for every scheduled class. Because of this, last-minute changes are difficult to fill and can result in unused seats.

  • All reschedules require a $50 administrative fee.
  • Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your original class date.
  • Reschedules are limited by space at each location and course type.
  • If you do not show up for your class or arrive without required items, your seat and fees may be forfeited.
Gear & What to Bring

Proper gear is required to ride. While policies can vary slightly by course, you can expect to need:

  • DOT-approved helmet (we may have loaners in limited sizes).
  • Eye protection (goggles, face shield, or glasses).
  • Long-sleeve shirt or jacket.
  • Long pants made of sturdy material (no leggings or shorts).
  • Full-fingered gloves.
  • Over-the-ankle boots or riding shoes.

Common Questions

Can I reschedule more than once?
Multiple changes may be limited during peak season. Each approved reschedule will include the administrative fee and is still subject to availability.

Can I transfer my spot to another rider?
