2 - Wheel Basic RiderCourse

No permit required - Motorcycle provided

This course is designed for all beginning riders. This course includes an online eCourse and hands-on riding exercises in a controlled off-street environment, typically a local parking lot. Motorcycles are provided free of charge. A motorcycle permit is NOT required to take a Basic RiderCourse. Upon successful completion, this course provides a waiver to the participant to obtain a motorcycle endorsement for Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky.

After registering for a Basic RiderCourse, you will receive an important email with your eCourse link (this link will take you to the Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s Ep1x11 online course. This link is the free version of the eCourse) and instructions for your upcoming class. This email will come from a “do not reply” address. The course concludes with a riding skill evaluation. Upon successful completion of the riding skills evaluation, you will be eligible for a motorcycle endorsement for residents in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
